Yes. We require a valid prescription from a registered optometrist or ophthalmologist. You can upload it during checkout or email it to us. We verify every script before production.
Standard orders take 7–10 business days from prescription approval. Progressive and high-index lenses may take up to 14 days. We’ll send you tracking once your order ships.
Absolutely. We can fit most frames with your prescription lenses. Just send us the frame dimensions or drop them off at our location. We’ll confirm compatibility before proceeding.
We offer a 30-day fit and comfort adjustment period. If your frames need tweaking or the prescription feels off, bring them in or contact us. We’ll adjust or remake the lenses once at no extra cost.
